2009 I think the warm weather is here to stay and all but one foal has arrived, We could have not asked for any better foals then we received this spring they are all fantastic. Are mares and stallions have proven to us just how good they are. Our show season is starting to gear up with the first being a sport pony show the first weekend of June. We will have out our newest addition the lovely sport pony Morton's Catalina, Our two yr old cremello colt and our three yr old stallion Achilles. I also have my horse back from training and I could not be happier with the way he is. He moves like a dream and looks so good under saddle. I will be posting pictures soon. I hope to get out to a few Dressage shows in the fall just walk trot test. I hope that everyone has had a good foaling season and that alll arrived safely and hope that all that is to come arrive safely too. I always love to hear from people who have purchased JMR ponies and see pictures and hear of what they are doing, here as some pictures of JMR Vicinnite and a link to his owners website www.freewebs.com/moderncrest 2008 Dec 20- this has nothing to do with the ponies, but thought I would share this with everyone. My Friesian Sport horse has gone out to be broke under saddle and I very excited as this will be my new dressage horse. I have owned him since birth and he has grown into a lovely boy. These are not the best pictures, I will get some more when he is going under saddle. Nov 16-We have officially ended our show season on a high note all of are ponies all did very well this season and we could not be more pleased. Our 2yr old colt Northern-Cross Achilles proved that form and function and good old fashion bloodlines can pay off. Our mares again did us proud both in the show ring and producing excellent foals. We wish to express congrats and best wishes to everyone that purchased a JMR welsh ponies this year. We hope to see you in the show ring next year. Now the days are shorter and getting colder we now wait on the holidays and the new year of new foals and adventures We welcome our new future herd sire *Telynau Tarantara (excuse how dirty he is). Ty was imported from the Telynau stud in Wales. He is a cremello that is expected to mature to 13hh. He is the most lovely mover as he floats when he moves. His sire is *Eyarth Mercury(*Eyarth Celebration x * Eyarth Athene) and his Dam is *Telynau Tara(*Eyarth Rio x *Penucha Tsient). We are very excited about this colt and we wish to express our thanks to David Jones and G Thomas of Telynau Stud for this amazing colt. 2007 NOV The Show season ended with the Royal winter fair with our new mare Northern-Cross Briar Rose coming in second, we are extremely pleased with her success in the show ring this year winning many Championships for us in her first year of showing. We have seen some of our ponies leave for new homes to start their new careers and look forward to hearing their progress in the future. We are offering three stallions at stud for 2008, so it will shape up to be a busy spring. Our first foal is due to arrive at the beginning of March from our mare Wind Dancer Glitter 4 Gold. March We are eagerly awaiting for our mares to foal. Northern-Cross Sekoya is due at anytime now and Northern-Cross Belle is close behind her. Weather is started to warm up and melt the huge mountains of snow that we have. We said good- bye to some of mares and weanling as they are soon to leave for their new home where they will pursue their careers as show ponies in under saddle and over fences. 2006 Oct 8/06: JMR ponies did extremely well at the Erin welsh show taking home some top Ribbons.
